AquaDyn 3.1 Download Area

To use AquaDyn, you'll need to download the following self-extracting file.

AQUADYN.EXE (The AquaDyn with the Simulation System - 7.9 Megs)

Installation Instructions

1. From the Windows Explorer, double click on the AQUADYN.EXE file. (The location of this file on your hard disk depends on where your browser stored it upon downloading the file.)
2. Follow the instructions given by the installation program. The installation program will install the Simulation System and AquaDyn. AquaDyn runs within the Simulation System.

To run AquaDyn proceed as follows.

1. From the Windows Start Menu\Program Files\HydroSoft Energie, click the Simulation System 3.1 icon to run the Simulation System.
2. To start a new AquaDyn project, from the File menu, choose New Project.... In the Select Project dialog box, double click the AquaDyn icon.
3. To explore an AquaDyn project sample, from the File menu, choose Open Project.... In the Open dialog box, select the Aquadyn\Example directory than the AquaDyn file (.hyd) you want to open.
